9-LITER INDIVIDUAL CASKS
Hand-crafted to Hubert's specifications from the staves of old cognac barrels by the artisans at Tonnellerie Vernou in Cognac.

What's great about these casks is that they really WORK, and in two ways. First, the brandy continues to age, become richer, deeper and more harmonious - and at a much faster rate than in standard 350-liter barrels because there is so much more exposure through oak per volume. After just six weeks, the brandy inside becomes noticeably deeper. Second, it bypasses all the staff training: it's very easy to sell out. Put this on a bar or on a rolling cart and watch things start to happen.

The account buys the empty cask directly from us ($250.00, no charge for shipping) and buys the brandy to fill it from you. Many accounts create their own blends by combining two or more brandies. Talk to us if you'd like advice about the blend: 707-468-7896.

A cask holds one case (9 liters) and is shipped with a wooden stand, certificate of authenticity, instructions for care and a custom brass nameplate. These are serious items, and will last for decades.
